Pure Taste on Notting Hill is a purely gluten-free, lactose-free restaurant, that caters for the followers of various diets, but also for the meat and seafood lovers. No wonder they are so much nutrition-savvy since their chef is a nutritional therapist Holly Redman.

Altogether, the food I picked was very good. Some of the dishes are very inventive and my favourites so far are the cashew nut butter cup and Tea smoked sea trout, rhubarb, fennel, orange, & cashew crème fraiche. The stake was ordinary, medium rare done as I like it, but nobody asked me about the way I wanted it, so good job I am not like my mum who likes it well done.

The great news is that they are happy to share some of the recipes on their blog.

The menu changes, with medium London prices, but they also offer lunch menus that are priced between 15£ and 20£.

It’s a shame that Pure Taste doesn’t have a terrace to enjoy the food outside on a sunny day.
